An intimate opening night built for real conversation.
5:30PM-8:00PM: VIP Dinner
- Doors Open at 5:30 PM for Check-In
- Private VIP dinner starts at 6:00 PM
- Guided table conversations with featured creators
- Creators rotate tables throughout the evening
- Small-group conversations, approximately 10 minutes each
Limited attendance. Designed for meaningful connection and access.
8:15PM-9:00PM: Group Dance Lesson (optional)
- Any attendee welcome; starts at 8:15 PM

- Any attendee welcome; 2PM -3 PM
4:00PM-6:00PM: Welcome Committee
- Welcome Committee opens at 4:00 PM
- Pick up your weekend folder with schedules, materials, and key information
- Meet the team and get oriented
- Ease into the weekend at your own pace and get ready for a night of fun
6:15PM-7:00PM: Group Dance Lesson (optional)
- Any attendee welcome; starts at 6:15 PM
7:00PM-10:00PM: 80s Dance Party
- Doors open at 7 PM
- Opening remarks
- A relaxed social start to the weekend
- Hors d’oeuvres will be served
- Celebrate the start. Set the tone. Move together.

A full day of ideas, conversation, and community.
9:00AM-11:00AM: Morning Gathering
- Doors open at 9am
- Breakfast and coffee
- Morning conversation
11:00AM-12:30PM: Lunch Mixer
A relaxed moment to connect and explore together.
- Outdoor lunch gathering (weather permitting)
- Open seating and easy conversation
12:45PM-3:00PM: Midday Conversations
Paired speaker discussions centered on collaboration, truth, and resilience.
- Short-format, conversation-style sessions
- Breaks throughout
3:00PM - 3:45PM: Live Q&A
Questions from the audience and inside the telegram group can be asked to the creator of their choice.
4:00PM-5:30PM: Game Show Hour
Game Show Hour hosted by Mickey and Matt. followed by an opportunity for signing, photos, and personal engagement.
7:00PM-10:00PM: Evening Comedy Banquet
- Doors open at 7pm
- Hors d'oeuvres, laughter, and time to relax.
